These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Movara Freight platform ("Platform"), operated by Movara Freight LLC ("Movara", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview
Movara Freight is a technology platform that connects brokers, carriers, and related parties for the purpose of facilitating freight opportunities.
Movara Freight is not a broker, carrier, shipper, or motor carrier and does not take possession of freight.
All transportation agreements are solely between users.

2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to operate as a business or independent contractor
- Comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations

3. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Movara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent loads or services
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Fees and Payments
Carriers may be charged a $4.99 platform fee when accepting a load.
If a load is canceled:
- 70% of the platform fee will be refunded
- 30% will be retained as a cancellation fee
Movara Freight Pro subscribers are not charged per-load fees.
Brokers are not charged per-load platform fees.
All fees are subject to change with notice.
By using the Platform, you agree to these payment terms.

6. Load Transactions
Movara Freight does not:
- Guarantee load availability
- Guarantee payment between parties
- Act as an intermediary in disputes
All agreements are between brokers and carriers.

7. Cancellations and Abuse
Repeated cancellations, misuse, or abuse of the system may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Suspension
- Termination

8. Subscription Terms
Movara Freight Pro is offered as a monthly subscription.
Benefits may include:
- Removal of per-load fees
- Access to enhanced platform features
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Movara Freight LLC.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Movara does not guarantee:
- Platform uptime
- Load accuracy
- Business outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movara Freight is not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Movara Freight harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Violations of these Terms
- Disputes with other users

13. Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Users waive the right to:
- Jury trials
- Class actions

14. Modifications
Movara Freight may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
